tbaoo is now blue and ready for you 16

tbaoo has been re-born, as you may have noticed dear reader ? it is blue, not in an emotive sense but just a bit of theme tinkering and by choice. sadly tbaoo has been buggered again, and that wasn’t nice at all, some bugger has buggered the database, but the host and i are working furiously to counteract this treachery.

well the access points are supposedly closing down and the damage undone. i hope !!

so to test out this new graphics ( read google ad-sense ) packed version of tbaoo, i’ll spread the word about.

i’ve mentioned ad nauseam ( a latin term used to describe an argument which has been continuing “to the point of nausea” ) that local politics here in tbaoo land is getting frightfully exciting, the election will be held in march. march is very close as you’d understand.

the candidates are scrapping about trying to dominate the incredulous local media and one in particular is even doing exceedingly stupid walk about and strutting album cover poses for the local television news. the word best describing this silly nonsense would be desperate. this man hasn’t even announced his candidacy for mayor, but seems to be everywhere, i’ve mentioned him before and will again no doubt, because he’s freak’n everywhere.

the other rather odd and very neckless candidate for the state elections has grasped this local fellow’s lead and decided to be the city’s graffiti remover – “the painter over guy”. if you have private property vandalised by tagging and other graffiti, this less than slim chappy will come along and repaint your walls. nice gesture, but aside from having only one issue and an inherent ability to nod behind the party’s leader ( a bit hard without a neck ), he’s bereft of policy – vote one the chubby neckless painter i say not .. !!

as the momentum builds towards march, i’ll be keenly ranting about the goings on and very often me thinks. to celebrate the excitement, here’s a sparkling gem of local government at work in western australia. very true actually.

enjoy the blue or bag it, but either way if you have feedback – i’d love it.
