i’ve a need, a need for the blues. recently we had the byron bay bluesfest, close to where i live. did i go ? no, should i have ? yes. it was one hell of a festival and a number of people have told me just how damn good it was, check out this for a line up.

Blues always make my mood better. Whatever it is that I’m feeling, when I listen to this genre I feel relaxed right away.

Oh my goodness what a line up that was,….Keb Mo’, Johnny Lang (who I had a crush on, until I found out he was younger than my kids…Ooops.) Joey (Santriani)…John Fogerty Oh my oh my wow, I wouldn’t have had the money to go, I’m sure but what a time it would have been…I’m getting really excited here because the free concerts in the park start soon, we have a lot of local blues bands, some better than others but always fun. I get to introduce it to my grandkids this year….Man how could you not go??? Love the video…

it was very tempting jan, but it was over a number of days and i’m too old and too used to creature comforts to do the festival thing, an amazing time by all accounts .. enjoy the bands at your fingertips

You should have gone. I’m a big blues fan, and blues festivals are a mellow fun event to go to. I’m going to one this weekend!

It has been long since I listened to bluesy music. It always carries me away to this marvelous and really wonderful world that has full of love, hope and all the good things you hope for. I liked the video a lot.

I can listen to blues music all day. It is one genre of music that never bores me. It makes me feel better and relaxed.
